Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Dishwasher not achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 71 degrees Celsius at the dish.
Due to dishwasher malfunctioning all dishware in facility has not been adequately sanitized.

Correction: Dishwasher is to be repaired.
All dishware is to be run through dishwasher to adequately sanitize all dishware. This includes pots, pans, chopsticks, bowls, glasses, teapots, etc.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Staff washroom handsink does not function well. Only one temperature of water is able to come out of faucet and faucet handle comes off.
Liquid soap missing from handsink in washroom. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Liquid soap found and relocated to staff washroom.

Correction: Staff washroom sink MUST be repaired. This was discussed during previous inspection.

CLOSURE ORDER RESCINDED - Dishwasher has been repaired by Dishwasher Technician. Staff currently rewashing all dishware at facility. All items have been pulled from tables and cupboards and are either in the process of being washed or have been washed in dishwasher. Final sanitizing rinse of 77 degrees Celsius for High Temperature dishwasher observed by Health Inspector.
ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED BY TODAY, JUNE 24:
- Continue to run all dishware through dishwasher to ensure final sanitizing rinse has been achieved FOR ALL DISHWARE (currently in the process)

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED BY JULY 8:
- Cleaning of facility to occur
- Staff washroom handsink faucet to be repaired
- Two compartment sink faucet to be repaired
- Pest technician records are to be located and either emailed or presented to Health Inspector for this day

ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED BY JULY 29:
- Stand up cooler is to have handle replaced
- Stand up cooler is to have broken glass replaced or repaired
- Additional treatment for cockroach treatment is to have occurred
