Observation: 1. A new hot holding unit is added between handwashing station (in kitchen) and 2-door prep cooler. Paper towel dispenser is located very close to hot holding unit, making it impossible to grab paper towel and potentially contaminating the food while grabbing the paper towel with wet hands.
2. Handle of scoop is noted touching food in one of the food containers.
3. Light covers are missing in 3 sets of lights in kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Relocate hot holding unit, or paper towel dispenser.
2. Ensure handle is sticking out in containers.
3. Replace missing light covers.
