Observation: 1. High temp dishwasher not in use due to full grease trap.
2. Walk in cooler turned off - expensive to operate
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure grease trap is emptied to allow regular use of high temp dishwasher. Take out only available (no dine in dishware permitted) until dishwasher is functioning and operating properly.
Correction date: 1 week
2. Operator says they can operate with the 3 other smaller coolers and without the walk in cooler at this time. If the business runs out of cooler space the walk in cooler will be required to be turned back on. Until then this is satisfactory.

*Ensure sanitizer bottle labels are clearly visible
-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - screen door in use with door sweep. Minor damage to upper part of screen. If screen continues to be damaged it will require repair.
-General sanitation satisfactory
*Ensure commercial ventilation hood is professionally serviced every 6 months or as required.
