Metal detector and X-ray available for detecting any foreign material.
All finished products, raw ingredients, and packaging material stored off the floor in the warehouse.
Pest control services in place. No evidence of pests observed at time of inspection.
General sanitation is good.
Lot codes and package on dates available for finished products. Various records kept for production.
Tanks, lines, etc. Clean in place using hypochlorite solution.
Hand sink leading to product area provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Hand sink in "sanitation room" also provided with liquid soap and paper towels. 2 compartment sink available for washing equipment. Chemical storage in a dedicated section.
Employees provided with clean outer garments and hair nets.
Walk in cooler not in use at time of inspection.
Walk in freezer at -20 degrees C. |
