All handwash stations are equipped with soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water
Washroom faucets are operational
Wall tiles replaced behind dishwasher
Coolers, floors and shelving units have been cleaned; mould removed
Food store off the ground in walk-in cooler
Lighting replaced above dishpit and meat slicer unit in the back area.
Meat slicer maintained
-->If you are planning to order presliced deli meats from now on, you must remove meat slicer. If meat slicer is used, it must be taken apart and thoroughly cleaned every 4 hours.
Bleach sanitizer available.
Steam table water emptied, hot holding units are cleaned.
No water bucket at frying station.
Bar area fruit flies situation improved but still needs to maintain sanitation in order to deter fly harbourage.

*Remove cardboard lining in dishpit and bar area. Obtain rubber floor mats so it is safe and can facilitate proper cleaning.
*Remove old mice droppings in corner of bar as indicated to operator.
*Elevate food off the floor in walk-in freezer as indicated to operator.
