Correction: Clean ventilation canopy panels and call service company for hood cleaning. To be corrected by November 07, 2019.

Follow-up Inspection: Ventilation canopy panels have been cleaned. Liquid soap dispenser for kitchen hand sink has been replaced with a pump dispenser. General food storage practices have improved. Ensure to keep food covered using a food grade cover/lid when not in use. Kitchen bleach sanitizer spray bottle has been labeled. Cleaning done under shelves for walk-in freezer. Paper towels placed in dispenser for women's washroom.
