Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection. Designated hand washing station was satisfactory. 3-compartment sink is shared between the produce and the bakery section. General sanitation was satisfactory and no pest activity was noted. Bakery walk-in freezer was at -18C. Food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground. Quats dispenser was at 200ppm and test strips were available. Temperature monitored and recorded daily electronically.
