- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer bucket with cloths present
- High temp dishwasher achieved sanitizing temperature of 73C at plate's surface
- Foods are covered in fridges
- Raw meat stored under produce to prevent cross-contamination
- No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection

OUTSTANDING:
- Remove plants with soil from the food preparation area as they can attract pests and contaminate foods
- Cleaning of the reception area is needed. Noted dust accumulation on shelves
- Rice scoops shall be stored in ice water bath and not lukewarm water
