Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station in the prep area and washroom did not have any single use paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must be accessible and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Single use paper towels were refilled at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Pizza prep coolers were at 1C (top and bottom) and 4C (top and bottom).
-Front cooler was at 3C.
-Dough cooler was at 3C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Sink plugs and Quats sanitizer available.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Chemical spray bottles properly labelled.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary. Equipment properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing at the end of the night.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection Ensure staff properly clean prep cooler door seals to prevent accumulation of debris
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Staff FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until April 02, 2025.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

-Facility has their COVID-19 safety plan in a binder under the computer table. *Operator must "post a copy of your COVID-19 Safety Plan on your website, if you have one, and at your workplace so that it is readily available for review by workers, other persons who may attend at the workplace to provide services and members of the public" - copy of the Order provided to the operator
