Routine inspection: Temperature of the food items inside the hold holding units are satisfactory. Temperature of the other refrigeration units are satisfactory. Handwashing stations are satisfactory. Concentration of the quats sanitizer is satisfactory. The retail area is clean and well maintained. Sanitation of the washroom is satisfactory. Ensure that the meat skewers inside the glass display case are removed from sale once the maximum time limit has run out (green indicator light turns red). Clean the grounds inside the garbage enclosure to remove debris and litter.
