Comments

- Professional cleaners were on-site at time of inspection for ventilation canopy.
- Raw wood and exposed nails above food prep area are now covered with drywall.
- Coconut milk is now stored in food-grade bottle - good.

Further attention required:
- Ensure floors under cooking equipment are regularly deep cleaned.
- Drywall needs to be painted/finished with a sealant such that the surface is non-absorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable.
- Flooring in kitchen still needs to be re-done such that floors are smooth, and easily cleanable - there must be no cracks/crevices in the floor. Operator has contacted a contractor - given 5 months to complete.
