Corrective Action(s): Remove all rodent droppings and nesting materials in the walk in cooler. Correct this by: May 11, 2023. Violation Score: 9 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: (Repeated violation) The back door had openings that are big enough for pest entrance. This was noted in the previous report JGUU-CDDTWD. Corrective Action(s): Back door gap is to be sealed. Violation Score: 3 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: The walk in cooler's ambient air temperature was measured at 8C. Corrective Action(s): Service the cooler so that it can maintain foods at or below 4C. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods until the temperature is verified by the district health inspector. Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Sliding door cooler measured at 4C or less. Ice cream freezer measured at -18C or less. Obstruction in 2 compartment sink to be removed by today. Any A&W (Pattullo A&W) operation related potentially hazardous items in the walk-in cooler to be discarded due to temperature abuse. Follow up inspection on May 11, 2023.
