Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Packaged precooked pasta stored on the top part of the prep cooler were measured at 12C at the time of inspection. Operator reports they were produced within 1 hour and relocated them to the bottom part of the prep cooler. Please refrain from over stacking food items in the top part of the prep cooler.
