Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Staff pre-fills take out bento boxes with shredded lettuce and garnish and leaves at room temperatures. Any cut vegetables is considered potentially hazardous and therefore must be refrigerated.
2. Beverage display > 4 C. Some mochi balls and skewers observed to be defrosting in unit; surface temperature of these products were ~ 0 C. Verified temperature of apple juice to be 9 C in lieu of.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Returned bento boxes to cooler.
2. Potentially hazardous contents relocated to kitchen cooler. Beverage display was at warmest setting #1. Suggest adjusting to colder setting: verify that it is able to maintain contents < or = 4 C before placing any potentially hazardous foods in unit.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bowl of BBQ pork kept in bain marie. Internal temperature of product 48 C.
Corrective Action(s): Product discarded. Hot foods must be kept > or = 60 C at all times.
