NOTE: Low temperature washer is minimally meeting the sanitizer residual of >50ppm as per the test strips -operator will have the concentration increased to approximately 100ppm and email me the service record

Temperature Controls:
-Display fridge next to handsink 3 deg C
-Display fridge next to ice machine not functioning -non-perishables only stored there -**Place a sign indicating this as a reminder
-2-door undercounter 4 deg C

Chemical Controls:
-Low temperature chlorine sanitizing washer at 50ppm chlorine residual as per test strips

Reused wiping towels for food contact surfaces maintained in sanitizer buckets when not actively used

General Sanitation okay
-all goods maintained off the floor >15cm to facilitate cleaning and monitoring pests underneath
-no signs of pests

Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access
