Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front hand washing station was not supplied with hot running water at time of inspection. It was stated that hot water valve was turned off.
Corrective Action(s): Hot water valve was opened and hot running water was made available at the tap. Ensure all hand washing stations are supplied wtih hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times in order to facilitate proper hand washing.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer in labeled spray bottles was measured at 400 ppm or more.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer concentration corrected to 200 ppm quats. Sanitizer product label states sanitizer is to be used at 200 ppm for food contact surfaces (no rinse required). Ensure sanitizer is maintained at safe and effective concentrations for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Verify with appropriate test strips (available on site).
