- High temperature dishwasher has been fixed and was at 76.3C for the sanitizing rinse cycle. - Leaking walk in freezer has been fixed - Wall mounted soap dispenser still on order. Soap in pump style dispenser at the hand sink. Operator to submit photograph of soap dispenser when it has arrived and been mounted. - Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation, monitor for pest activity and keep the back door closed.
