- Handsinks in kitchen and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel.
- Walk in cooler, prep cooler, upright cooler and drinks coolers are measured at less than 4C
- Three upright freezers and one undercounter freezer are measured less than -18C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 71C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- Surface sanitizer solution at the dispenser and in buckets with cleaning cloth are measured at 200ppm quats concentration
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Foodsafe certified staff is available on site
- General sanitation is satisfactory
