Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Walk in capp dispenser measured at 6.2C internal temperature. Staff mentioned milk was held for 3 hr.
Corrective action: Milk as discarded during inspection. Ensure milk is held at or below 4C at all times to prevent microbial growth and/or toxin production that may cause foodborne illness.
2) Pastries containing spinach, apple and egg held at room temperature for 3.5hr. Staff mentioned there foods are held for 4 hr however time tracking is not available.
Corrective action: Staff discarded the pastries during inspection. Staff must record time the pastries are stored at room temperature and when it must be discarded. Adequate time tracking must be performed to demonstrate proper food handling practice is performed. Start time tracking immediately.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot dog (3) and buffalo sticks (2) hot held below 60C for 3 hr.
Corrective action: Staff discarded food at time of inspection. All food in hot-holding must be at or above 60C to ensure no microbial growth and/or toxin production takes place which may cause foodborne illness. Staff turned up heat for hot holding unit and will monitor temperature.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pizza cutter with dried food debris placed above handwashing sink. Potato cutter in back area has food debris. Ice dispenser handle has mold/biofilm growth.
Corrective action: Staff cleaned and sanitized dispenser handle and equipment at time of inspection. Always maintain equipment in sanitary condition to prevent microbial growth and/or toxin production that may cause contamination of the food.
