Store manager emailed recent pest reports from Westside Pest Control and the report indicates that there are pest activities - follow recommendations made in their report.
Supervisor on duty stated all equipment were pulled out from the wall to facilitate deep cleaning - 2 additional holes/gaps were identified and were sealed with wire mesh.

One fresh rat dropping observed underneath the electrical panel and was shown to the supervisor. Supervisor indicated structural flaws in the ceiling in the area as well as where hot water tank is located. One extra hole in the wall was observed behind the dishwasher. Ensure this hole is sealed as well.

Ensure to remove rodent droppings, clean and sanitize all affected areas daily. Facilitate deep cleaning every week to identify high activity area by pulling out all equipment/clutter. Consider installing traps in the ceiling after consulting with the pest control company and look into solutions to seal any openings in the ceiling. Continue monitoring and cleaning at this frequency until a decrease in rodent population (determined by the catch counts) and droppings are observed.
