- Staff stated they were prepared when store opened. 2 hour time limit not reached yet. Ensure to post the time the toppings were prepared and discard after 2 hours in ambient.

- Access to the back handwashing sink blocked with portable fan and portable air conditioner.

- Ensure this area is not obstructed so that handsink is accessible at all times.

- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.

- Ice machine in sanitary condition.
- 2 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Manual dishwashing method was educated to the staff. Drain plug and bleach available.
