Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Again observed re-used wet wiping towels left on countertops -no bleach sanitizer buckets were in use

NOTE: repeat infraction noted back in August 2017 routine inspection

2. In-use utensils are not being cleaned and sanitized properly -the milk thermoses for the cappuccino machine are only cleaned off in the front sink with soap and water throughout the day -not sanitized
Corrective Action(s): 1. After use and rinsing clean the re-used towels leave in a bleach sanitizer container maintained at >100ppm chlorine residual (1/2 teaspoon bleach + 1 liter water) monitored with your Chlorine test strips
NOTE: if workers are concerned with the use of the bleach sanitizer then store the buckets on the floor and use dishwash gloves when in use

2. At minimum in-use utensils must be dishwashed every 4 hours
