Reviewed re-useable cup procedures with Manager. Dishwasher at 72c (at plate level). *Remove/discard old booster seats currently stored on the floor below shelving inside the dry food storage room Walk in cooler at <4c. All processed food items covered and dated Hot holding at >60c Quat sanitizer at 200ppm in wiping cloth container. Premises changes the solution frequently depending on the organic load introduced. No pest problems observed.
