Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine as per test strips. General food storage practice is adequate. General sanitation is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezer measured at -18C or less. Hot holding measured at 60C. 3 compartment sink available and fully equipped for manual dishwashing. No new menu items noted at this time.
