Correction: Top food inserts are not to be filled beyond fill line as food will not be maintained at 4 C. Do not double stack food items on prep cooler top inserts.

Reviewed dishwashing process for food equipment, dishwasher to be used to clean and sanitize food equipment after use. Cardboard pieces removed from shelving units. Foodsafe certified staff onsite.
