Follow-up inspection to report PKUR-CH8QC5. Walk-in cooler at 4 C or below (new gasket has been ordered). Flies in back area have reduced however some are still present - back screen door needs to be replaced or door needs to be kept shut. Hot holding > 60 C. Note: 3 compartment sink had a leak at the time of inspection. Operator has scheduled a plumber to come in for repairs for the same day. Facility can manage without doing dishes for a few hours. Other sinks available for water. **Spills and pooling water should be cleaned up immediately.y
