Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temp of cream and milk in containers 14-16 oc - been stored at room temp since morning- discard
Corrective Action(s): Discard temp abused products, maintain temp of cold foods <4 oC - have extra in cooler and rotate (supplement by keeping them on ice during room temp storage)

Comments

- FS trained staff on site
-Temp of cooler < 4oC , freezer -18 oC
- Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand wash sink.
-Bleach solution 100 ppm in buckets
-Dishes being cleaned and sanitized prior to putting in dishwasher (double sanitizing )
- Good food storage noted in coolers & freezers
- No expired foods noted
-Staff was aware of food recalls
-Temp of dishwasher >78 oC
* provide thermometer for the new upright freezer
* Noted stuff stored beside hand washing sink at time of visit this will limit access to the kitchen, organize the stuff in kitchen remove and discard items that are not used daily to have more space (this is noted in previous routine inspection)
