Observation: Observed juice pulp being collected inside the cabinet without any collecting bin or container. The staff informed that there is usually a plastic container inside the cabinet to collect juice pulp.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all juice pulp inside the cabinet. Properly clean and sanitize inside the cabinet and place a collecting container to collect the juice pulp. Date to be corrected: Today and ongoing.

Observation: Observed a hole through which a hose runs on the wall directly beside the mop basin. It is not connected to any water line.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the hose and patch/cover the hole. Date to be corrected :Two months.

- General sanitation is adequate.
- Hand sinks stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All coolers < or = to 4C
- All freezers < or = to -18C
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Please follow the proper dishwashing instructions posted on the wall (i.e. wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry).
- Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm to sanitize food contact surfaces.
- Surface sanitizer available in plastic bin with wet cloth.
- Dry storage area is good
- No signs of pest activity.
