Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed an empty aluminum can being used as a measuring cup. Single use containers such as an empty can cannot be cleaned and sanitized. On duty staff discarded the can.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): On duty staff dose not have valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalnet. Operator with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 later arrived at the time of inspection. Operator is planning to have more staffs to be FOODSAFE Level 1 certified.

Hand washing stations equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
General sanitation is excellent
Bleach sanitizer noted at 50 ppm as per test strips.
3 compartment sinks used for manual dishwashing.
In-use utensils stored in a sanitary manner
Adequate handwashing noted
Staff demonstrates good hygiene (clean cap and aprons worn)

Temperature (Maximum 4°C for coolers and -18°C for freezers, minimum 60°C for hot holding)
Temperature of drink cooler, walk in cooler, and pizza assembly cooler were noted at 4°C and below
Temperature of cabinet freezer and upright freezer were noted at -18°C and below
