Follow up inspection:

-Hot-held rice was above 60 degrees C internally (~62 degrees C) inside the bowls at the time of inspection (around 3 PM).
-A staff member mentioned that they were checking the rice temperature today.
*REMINDER: Check the rice temperature at least every 2 hours. If hot-held rice is below 60 degrees C (140 degrees F) internally for less than 2 hours, reheat it to at least 74 degrees C (165 degrees F) within 2 hours and hot-hold at or above 60 degrees C (140 degrees F); Reheating can only be done once. Discard any rice held below 60 degrees C (140 degrees F) for more than 2 hours.

-Bleach water was at 100 ppm inside two spray bottles.
-Handsinks were not obstructed and were accessible for handwashing.
-Pots and pans were stored on shelving units away from sources of contamination.
