Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- General sanitation is satisfactory during inspection
- Hand washing station is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Bleach available on site to disinfect nozzles and surfaces
*Reminder: prepare bleach at a concentration of no more than 200 ppm chlorine concentration (by mixing 1/2 teaspoon of bleach with 1L of water)
- Multiple bottle caps/lids available on site. Verified to be single use
- Water is verified from the City
- Water is treated with carbon filter, reverse osmosis, and UV filtration
- Water bottling area observed in sanitary condition
- No signs of pests during inspection
