-Coolers (walk-in, under-counter, prep) at < or = 4C
-Freezers (stand-up, chest) at < or = -18C
-High temperature dishwasher in use. Temperature reached 80.4C at the plate level during the final rinse.
-200 ppm Quat sanitizer available in spray bottle
-Dry storage is satisfactory
-Labels and dates maintained for food stored in coolers and freezers
-Washrooms are clean and equipped with adequate hand washing stations
-No signs of pests observed during inspection
