- Base of operation for Serrano Catering Truck 1 [FH Decal 2922] and Serrano Catering Truck 2 [FH Decal 2084]. - Food and food equipment storage only. No food processing and/ or handling on-site. - No mechanical refrigeration units used at base of operation this time. Operator advised that food is delivered daily directly to trucks on-site when trucks are in use. Adequate refrigeration units to accommodate cold food storage on trucks. Food production volume is lower than previous years. - Food storage practices appears satisfactory - storage is organized and food is protected from contamination. - General sanitation of the premises appears satisfactory. - No pest activity noted.
