Routine Inspection conducted today. COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Take-out only. Daily health check of staff conducted daily. NOTE: Update COVID-19 Safety Plan to indicate maximum occupancy limit of facility. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Chlorine spray bottle at 200ppm. QUATs spray bottle at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink sanitizing at 200 ppm QUATs solution. All cold-holding units met health requirements. Ice machine in sanitary condition. Food all covered, protected from contamination. No signs of pest observed. Overall, facility is well organized and clean. NOTE: Ensure that at least one staff has FOODSAFE level 1 certification that is within expiration date. Enroll manager and other staff in foodsafe course as their certification have expired. Report emailed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
