General:
- handwashing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 200ppm chlorine in spray bottle - have one bottle for front prep area and one for back prep area
- dishwasher reached 78C at final rinse cycle
- facility has not been offering sandwiches; restrictions listed in previous inspection still stand if you wish to serve sandwiches
- coffee roaster has been installed
- general sanitation satisfactory
- no obvious signs of pests at time of inspection

- upright freezer (back): -17C
- chest freezer (back): -16C
- two door cooler: 4C
- large under counter cooler (front): 3C
- small under counter cooler (by espresso machine): 4C
- no hot held foods at the time of inspection
- display cases up front are not turned on; no potentially hazardous foods stored at time of inspection
- temperature logs maintained - recommend taking temperatures midday rather than right in the morning to account for opening and closing unit
