Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink is being used also as a 3-compartment sink. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. 3-compartment sink available for manual ware washing. Bulk chlorine available. Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle measured at 200ppm. Stand-up domestic cooler/freezer combination measured at 4C and -18C respectively. Dry storage room observed to be organized and sanitary. Stand-cooler in the dry storage area measured at 4C. Locked chest freezers outside measured at -18C or lower. Food observed to stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Stock bleach on-site. Overall, facility is well organized.
