Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of cooler recorded at 1.3C
- Stainless steel freezer at -16C
- Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS recorded in sanitizer spray bottle.
- Low temp mechanical dishwasher in place and 50ppm chlorine residual recorded during rinse cycle.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink and 1 prep sink maintained in sanitary condition.
- Dry storage room was organized.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp October 15, 2025)
- Permit posted at the front.
