Walk-in cooler at 3 degrees C. Walk-in freezer at -19 degrees C. Chlorine bleach sanitizer in the spray bottle tested 200 ppm. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks. Dishwasher is checked for rinse temperature each day it is used. Temperature logs are up to date. General sanitation is very good.
