Follow up inspection conducted Poultry cooler has been repaired. Cooler unit was not in use at the time of inspection. Ambient air temperature within the unit was at 4C and was equipped with thermometer. Cooler unit may be used again to stored cold potentially hazardous foods. Ensure cooler unit is monitored daily with an accurate thermometer.
