Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 containers of BUSH coloring found inside the kitchen. BUSH coloring contains ingredient that is unfit for human consumption. Staff immediately voluntarily discarded the 2 containers of BUSH coloring. Confirmed with staff that no food in the kitchen is made with the 2 containers of BUSH coloring. ONLY purchase the food coloring from approved source in the future.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1 tray of rice and few containers of sauce in walk-in cooler noted to be uncovered. Staff immediately covered the tray of rice and containers of sauce in the walk-in cooler. Always ensure to cover all food in the coolers to prevent food from contamination.

1. Wall and floor noted to have a lot of food debris and grease accumulated near the cooking line.
2. Side of the stove/oven/tandoor/fryer noted to have a lot of food debris and grease accumulated
3. Ventilation canopy noted to have a lot of grease accumulated
4. Dough mixer noted to have some food debris accumulated
