More thorough cleaning is needed at the floor wall junction behind the cooking equipment. Handwashing stations are satisfactory. Temperature of cold storage and hot holding units are satisfactory. Thermometers are available and temperature record are kept. 200ppm quats sanitizer and test strips are avalable for use. Temperature of the warewasher is satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest noted.
