Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff member indicated that dishware is sprayed with sanitizer after washing and rinsing. Sanitizer solution was too strong, bleached out test strip.
Corrective Action(s): Reviewed proper manual warewashing procedures and proper sanitizer mixing instructions. provided manual warewashing procedure diagram in Chinese.
Suggested to operator to fill 1 sink with sanitizer solution daily for warewashing and for filling sanitizer bottles. check concentration with test strips.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back handsink blocked with milk crates, missing liquid soap in dispenser, and missing paper towels in dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): ensure that all handsinks are easily accessible, stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.

=Upright cooler (2C) and undercounter cooler (3C) measured < 4 degrees C
=3 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual dishwashing. Staff was did not demonstrate proper warewashing procedues.
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
=Ice machine was maintained in a sanitary manner, general sanitation was satisfactory
