Routine Inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations throughout adequately supplied.
-Walk-in coolers <4C; freezers <-18C.
-Temp monitoring system to be in place.
-200 ppm chlorine available at dispenser for manual dishwashing at the back.
-200 ppm QUAT available at wall-mount dispenser for equipment washing.
-Traps in place; no evidence of pest activity observed.
-No concerns observed at this time.
-Icing of the finished cakes (delivered from the other location) and storing/shredding of cheese occurring on site. Each operation in separate rooms.
-General operation and sanitation of the facility excellent.

NOTE: Ice machine to be removed.
