Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Coffee frothing attachments are not disinfected after each use.
2) Blender container is washed in soap and water after each use.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Coffee frothing attachment needs to be disifnected with a food grade sanitizer after each use. Reviewed with operator proper cleaning and disinfecting procedures.

Comments

-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Under counter cooler was at 3C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Counter top dairy cooler was at 3C.
-Upright freezer was at -25C.
-Chest freezer was at -22C.
-Chest freezer (back) was at -18C.
-No hot holding at the time of inspection
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach made at the end of the day. Operator was able to demonstrate proper manual warewashing and was able to prepare 100ppm bleach sanitizer.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Operator FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until January 22, 2024.
-As a result of COVID-19, customers are not permitted to use cream, sugar, etc in the self service area. Operator must dispense food or provide single use items.
-Provided operator with a copy of the revised Order for food service establishments and for requiring a COVID-19 Safety plan. If dine in service is offered, follow the requirements of the Order.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Operator signature not required at this time due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
