Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Packages of yogurt, roasted garlic hummus, romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, eggs, milk, tzatiki sauce with fresh dill, garlic and yogurt are stored in a sliding door fridge at approximately 11C as measured by both inspector and operator thermometer. 4 packages of cooked chicken measured with inspector's thermomter at approximately 11C. This fridge was was working fine yesterday according to the operator.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all perishable foods stored above 4C and do not serve or use perishable food from this fridge
