HEALTH APPROVAL to OPERATE GRANTED - PERMIT TO OPERATE GRANTED

(1) Hot Holding units on site - temperatures of unit > and/or = 60C
(2) Cold insert well has arrived - temperature of unit < and/or = 4C maintained.
(3) Sneeze Guards have been added to all food storage areas (pizza warmer, hot dog area, cold insert unit, warming unit)
(4) pest proof wall added - item is temporary & installed at night. Item is tight fitting.
(5) Sink plugs have arrived and are an appropriate size for three compartment sink.

NOTE: monitor hot holding units to ensure food temperatures are maintained at temperatures > and/or = 60C
NOTE: ensure inserts &/or lids are used on insert cooler to prevent cold or leakage.
