- handwashing station stocked with soap and hot and cold running water - cooler measured 3C - smaller freezer: -20C - larger freezer: -18C - dishwasher 71C at final rinse cycle Oxivir Tb noted in facility for sanitizer - note that this requires a potable water rinse for food contact surfaces. As this is not practical when food production is occurring, recommend switching to 100ppm bleach (1tbsp bleach in 4L of water)
