Paper based inspection Report #F237933: New manager on-site; provided business card. Walk-in freezer was at -29 deg C. Walk-in cooler was at 1-2 deg C. All food items were stored on shelves (off the floor). Baby food items and other potentially hazardous foods are checked for expiry/ best before dates. Display coolers were at 3-5 deg C. Monitor product level on display coolers. Chest freezers were at -18 to -25 deg C. General sanitation was good. Pest control in place. Temperature log was available and up to date.
