Comments

Routine inspection and assessment of the facility for production for the mobile truck (new one not approved yet).
-Temp of all other coolers and freezers are satisfactory (<4 oC and <-18 respectively)
-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at sink
-Foods are properly labeled in cooler and freezer

*discussed proper cooling- provide enough ice package /ice wand for proper cooling of products
* Keep temp log on site and record monitoring data (twice for all coolers and hot holding units, once for sanitizer solution)

Follow up inspection and mobile unit inspection will be done on Monday.
