A follow-up inspection was completed:
- The "Prep Kitchen" has been built as per approved plans.
- Ceiling pipe has been wrapped. No moisture is dripping down.
- High temperature dishwasher had a rinse cycle temperature of 80.3C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer.
- Exterior wall and door frame has been sealed and painted.
- Panini press is no longer being used in the bar area. All food being produced in the food truck or prep kitchen.
- Approval to operate the "Prep Kitchen".
